About
Crawford Lake Conservation Area, located in Milton, Ontario, is a gem within the Halton Region. With beautiful boardwalks and meromictic lake views, Crawford Lake offers six hiking trails ranging from one kilometer to almost 10 kilometers round-trip (on the Nassagaweya Canyon Trail) which leads to Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area.
With family-friendly trails throughout, hiking in Crawford Lake is great for beginners and experienced hikers alike. You can also visit the Iroquoian longhouse village and learn about local First Nations history. There's also a boardwalk that goes completely around the lake (the Crawford Lake Trail) providing a beautiful backdrop anyone can appreciate.
